Hog Roast Full Service

For the larger events such as Weddings or Garden Fetes, Service includes full cooking management with a butcher to carve and one or two staff to serve. A whole pig is supplied and size of pig depends on number of guests, plus bread rolls, stuffing and apple sauce are supplied.
